Terms & Conditions

BIZVERSE is operated by Obsidian Foundry ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use BIZVERSE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a contract with Obsidian Foundry. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

BIZVERSE is a multiplayer business-empire simulation game. You found virtual companies, win contracts, trade with other players and grow a virtual net worth. All in-game currency, tokens, items, titles and progress are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and are licensed to you — not sold — for use within the game only.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must not misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, including spam.
• Infringing intellectual-property rights of Obsidian Foundry or others.
• Interfering with the service's security or operation — malware, probing, scraping, or exploiting bugs.
• Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits.
• Abusing other players, or manipulating the shared economy through exploits or collusion.

Obsidian Foundry retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, game design, artwork, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for personal entertainment within these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions (such as the Founder, Tycoon and Mogul Passes) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your perks remain active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep BIZVERSE running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The game may change over time: features, prices of virtual items, and game balance can be adjusted, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these rules. When access ends, your virtual items, tokens and progress may be removed and are not convertible to cash.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Obsidian Foundry is established, and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
