Refund Policy

BIZVERSE is operated by Obsidian Foundry. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including token packs, one-time items and the first month of any subscription pass.

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you.

For subscription passes (Founder Pass, Tycoon Pass, Mogul Pass), you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your perks stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; if you'd also like a refund of the current period, request it within the 30-day window above.

When a refund is issued, the virtual items it granted (tokens, cash bonuses, titles, upgrades or pass perks) may be removed from your account. Refund handling is subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
