BIZVERSE is operated by Obsidian Foundry. Obsidian Foundry is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — meaning we decide how and why your data is processed.

• Account data — your email address, username and login credentials. Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Game data — your companies, finances, progress, purchases and in-game actions. Used to provide the game and keep the shared economy fair. Legal basis: contract performance and our legitimate interest in operating the game.
• Usage and device data — IP address, device and browser identifiers, and telemetry about how you use the game. Used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — anything you send us when asking for help. Used to respond to you. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), not by us. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your billing country, but never your full card details.

• Service providers and subprocessors that host and operate the game (cloud hosting, analytics, support tooling).
• Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long afterwards as needed for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the in-game support or the contact details on this site; we respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can see personal data.

BIZVERSE uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as sound settings). We do not use marketing cookies. You can clear these in your browser settings, but signing in will no longer work without the essential ones.
